.A C C O U N T S;;

` First and foremost, welcome to the site. This roleplay site is open for you to create your characters and have a good time with other players. The catch, of course, is that you cannot be younger than thirteen. According to the ProBoards TOS and the law, twelve-year-olds and younger can't be here, so scat. Or don't let me find out; either way.


` One character per account, please. Yes, it's a pain in the butt and yes, it's a lot of effort but please, one per account. This will help me keep tabs on the boy-girl ratio, the race ratio, and all that other fun stuff that admins have to keep track of.


` Your account name must be your character's name, once the bio has been accepted. This doesn't mean your username has to be your character name; make it whatever you want. 'sprinklz4life' if you wish. But once your character application has been looked over and accepted, you must change your screen name to his/her name.


` Signature must be of your character. You can make one or request one, that doesn't matter, but please have it. And it cannot stretch the board, or it will be removed. The boards are 700px, so please, no signatures over 600 wide. Your icon can be whatever; random ones are always fun to look at.


` The 'money' in your mini profiles can be used for a bunch of cool offers and extras. See THIS thread for details.

.R O L E P L A Y I N G;;

` This site, while at a beginner's level, is mature. Things are going to happen; characters are going to have potty mouths, sexual things are going to occur, bloody gory scenes are going to happen. It's part of this roleplay. Be mature about it; put a [M] rating in the title so that others know if it's something they'd like to avoid or not.

` Keep in-character arguments in-character. Nothing should spill into out-of-character; what happens between your char and another's char is strictly between characters and is not to mean - or be taken as - anything personal.

` Let's try to shoot for two-paragraph posts, please. It's really not all that much - only 8 sentences - and it should give the other person enough to respond to. Try to use as much detail as possible. And don't stop at two paragraphs just because someone else isn't quite as advanced as you; shoot for the stars. If you want to make a seven-paragraph post, go for it.

` If there is anything on this site that confuses you, please don't play it out like you think it is. Come ask me; I will be more than happy to explain anything on this site for you. I hate being confused in a roleplay, so I'll do everything I can to make sure my explanations are clear, but if they aren't please don't roleplay confused. Come to me. I don't bite :)

` All roleplaying shall be done in third person point-of-view, past tense because I'm picky, I'm the admin, and I said so. Anything else just simply will not do. Anything else bugs some people - myself included - and it makes things a little hard to reply to.

` This is a beginner site. That means that the people here either aren't confidant in their roleplaying skills yet, or have just begun and are still getting the hang of the whole 'use detail' thing. So there will be absolutely no laughing at someone's roleplaying; if I find out about it, there will be serious consequences. Let people roleplay how they want to roleplay.

` Yes, this site needs staff. I'll do what I can of course, but I'll need help. I'll watch you to see who I think can be a good staff member, but if you'd like to help me out and don't want the wait, you can PM me with at least five reasons you would like to be staff, why you would be a good staff member, and I'll look over it and get back to you ASAP.

` Staff positions will not be given out to just anyone. I have to think you'll do a good job and you have to really put forth some effort. If I see anyone abusing staff powers or slacking on their job/s, I will take away staff powers. End of story.

` If someone is staff, respect them. That should be a given. No disrespect of any kind should happen here, especially disrespect of staff. If you feel someone is abusing staff powers, PM this account and I will deal with it.

` This is how the positions break down:

* Co-Admins will help me accept bios, advertise the site, moderate all boards, and enforce rules.
* G-Mods will moderate two or three boards, accept bios, and keep an eye out for rule-breakers.
* Mods will moderate a bored or two and watch out for rule-breakers.

` The higher the position, the harder it will be to get that spot. I want the best to help me run this site. If you're good with graphics or skins, let me know; I can find a few jobs for you :)

Can my vampire character have wings?
Although it's not very realistic, yes, your vampire may have wings if you wish. You do not need to have them, it is up to you. However, on one condition: flying takes a lot of energy, so it is not often done. Because of the size of the vampires, the wings will be too small; they cannot be huge, therefore obvious.


Can my character have a pet?
Yes, of course. Vampires may have pets, humans may have pets, hunters may have pets. If you'd like your pet to be a vampire, go for it but I must have a story on how your pet came to be a vampire.


Can I use anime for my character's picture?
Nope. No anime, cartoon, or drawn characters. For a while this was allowed, but I have confidence that we're all able to find a real person to be our character's play-bys. If you find someone who isn't exactly what you're looking for, edit the picture. You can ask me to do it or have a friend. Your picture does not have to be exactly like your character within reason.


Why should I always buy my peanut butter and my jelly in separate containers?
There is just something unnatural about the PB and the J touching before they're on the bread. Those stupid jars that have both swirled around in them are an insult to PB&J lovers around the world.
